Bait and Switch

This is truly a bait & switch ! After years of using this product I updated. What a mistake. First it locked up my system. Had to reinstall. All templates were deleted along with years of data (fortunately these were backed up on another computer). Then Im informed I no longer have access to sending anything in word unless I pay the monthly fee. After paying fee once again all information and data deleted. Costing me time, patience, customers, and $$$$$$$$$. Not the right way to conduct business.
