Disappointed in File Conversion & Tech Support

After the upgrade of a years worth of audits, that were visually perfect and easily discernible. All of my audits looked the same??? Yes, the pictures that were easily visible on the previous version, that helped in identifying each audit were still linked.....but you had to dig through the file to view :(
There is no rollback and support has no solution fing annoying
