Changes

Worked great at first, but then the updates started followed closely by crippling issues.

A template that worked perfect one week, can become almost unusable the next without any changes to the template. For example, if you have a series of questions that have A,B,C as options, and then in another section have D and E as options, the most recent update has made it so you may get the D, E option for a A,B,C question.

You can see that there are changes to the software frequently, by the change displayed on the audit header. New items have appeared with no changes to the audit it self. The most recent is the start and end notification being placed in the audit header.

Again, it worked just as I expected it to for the first couple of weeks, but its gone down hill quickly. Ive tried contacting them to no avail.

You can open an audit and scroll through the sections and everything will look correct. Then scroll back a section or two, and the options can (probably will) be all messed up. To bad I cant share an example...

Whoever wrote this software had a good idea, too bad it seems like they dont test their updates before implementation. Deleting and re-downloading the template wont do you any good. If you get a messed up audit and do an export preview, it will be correct. In fact, save, close and then reopen has been the only way I can occasionally get it to display properly while in the audit.
