Very easy and customizable app for doing any type of audit work. Eliminates the need for pencil and paper. I especially like the easy integration of taking photos from your device and incorporating them directly into the form/report.

When I try to use this program (which I loved early on) it crashes. Please fix this as I am looking at rolling it out as a standard within my company. Cant do that with the way it runs now!

I love this app. It is so customizable! I am not in the safety industry, but am getting great use out of creating my own custom checklists (audits) for property management. I love all of the options. I just finished my first template, and I have not had a single problem. Wish there was a mac option for creating audits, but using an external keyboard with the ipad is working well. Killer app guys! Great getting started explanation too.

Love, love, love this app. Makes my life so much easier. It would be nice if the scoring system was more user friendly to set up.

Be sure to access the safetycloud* as well. The two are like peanut butter and jelly.

i use it every day in my appraisal business and it absolutely rocks. kudos from my heart.

Please restore old settings. The up date is not user friendly. I liked the older version. It was much easier to use and faster.

The new look is garish and the new design makes doing audits a lot more difficult.

The latest update killed this app for me. The interface is no longer smooth and continuous. I am unable to do any audits because the new interface has too many bugs that need to be worked out. This app has just become unusable for me which is a letdown because it was a superb app previously to the latest update.

I can no longer add photos to the inspection. It crashes immediately. This happens whether I use the apps built-in camera or if I try to add a photo from my iPhones library. I decided to sync, uninstall, re-install and re-sync. It downloaded all my previous inspections but it completely cleared out my notes, photos, etc. Only the information on the first page was retained. Please fix this immediately or roll it back to the previous version which worked fine!

The visual of the new update is very clean and nice but I had constant issues with the screen freezing, text boxes overlapping and was only able to add one photo. The old version ran great and I wish I had it back. This is a great app when it works right, hope you get the bugs fixed soon.

When I try to scroll through the template is blank. I have to close it out and restart the app and its fine. Then I click a check box and the rest of the report goes blank. Also been crashing a lot. The last version was fine. Dont update until they get this fixed which I hope is soon.

We loved the previous version. This version is difficult to use and full of bugs. It is a mess. Please roll back or fix soon.

Worked great at first, but then the updates started followed closely by crippling issues. A template that worked perfect one week, can become almost unusable the next without any changes to the template. For example, if you have a series of questions that have A,B,C as options, and then in another section have D and E as options, the most recent update has made it so you may get the D, E option for a A,B,C question. You can see that there are changes to the software frequently, by the change displayed on the audit header. New items have appeared with no changes to the audit it self. The most recent is the start and end notification being placed in the audit header. Again, it worked just as I expected it to for the first couple of weeks, but its gone down hill quickly. Ive tried contacting them to no avail. You can open an audit and scroll through the sections and everything will look correct. Then scroll back a section or two, and the options can (probably will) be all messed up. To bad I cant share an example... Whoever wrote this software had a good idea, too bad it seems like they dont test their updates before implementation. Deleting and re-downloading the template wont do you any good. If you get a messed up audit and do an export preview, it will be correct. In fact, save, close and then reopen has been the only way I can occasionally get it to display properly while in the audit. I wish you luck if you try this app

Updates made the templates feel like the entire audit is longer because the questions and respond rid directly under each other. Before the questions were on the left and response on the right. it removed the icon to allow a blanket response to multiple questions. Function is still there but its not intuitive for the user. Before the updates the app was a lot cleaner and easier to complete an audit.

Loved this program as it was easy to use and consistent. Until the last update. Now my saved audits change, unprompted, every time I access them. I am unable to rearrange nor duplicate items successfully without the program adding them to bizarre, unspecified places. Selection categories are supposed to change color when you select them (so you can see it) but the color change is so subtle I cannot tell which items I have addressed anymore. I use this program on the new iPad and an iPhone 5 with the same results. So disappointed, will uninstall if bugs are not addressed.

Hands down the best audit app out there. It has changed my work life. The reports this app generates are beautiful and amazing. Highly recommend this. By far the best.

Great App! Im a safety manager for over 2K employees. The amount of documentation for audits, investigations, certifications became a bit overwhelming at times. With this app I was able to convert all my documents to a electronic format! This increased my efficiency over 70%! The ability to create your own electronic forms or customizing one of the preloaded templates makes using this tool very easy. You can embed photos and even capture signatures! Save a tree!

The follow-Up feature is great but it doesnt send the follow-up pdf or word file in the email.

I use this app a few times a week for my business. Latest update done and now I cant send the emails through or even view the PDF. Please resolve ASAP.
